No — beginners are welcome. We’ll start with stance, footwork, defense, and build up safely.

What gear should I bring?

Comfortable clothes and water are enough for your first session. We provide gloves and wraps; you can get your own later.

Can you train me at home or outdoors?

Yes. We offer mobile sessions across Oakland, San Francisco, and the Bay Area — garages, home gyms, or select parks.

How long is a private lesson?

Standard private sessions are 60 minutes. Small‑group and fight‑prep blocks may run longer.

Do you train kids or teens?

Yes — ages 8+ for fitness, coordination, and confidence. Scholarships are available.
